Ashlyn was raised in the music capital of the world, Austin, Texas, where she was surrounded by art from a young age. Although she started as a flag football player, she couldn’t stay away from ballet. When she turned into the only recipient of the award “spin of the week” on her football team, she knew the pirouettes were her calling. She then starred as a bird girl in her very first production, Seussical, and the rest is history! If she’s not on the stage, she’s definitely out in the sun, getting a vinyasa flow in, or spending the day out with her friends at drag shows and trying new plant-based foods.
Some of her favorite things are acai bowls, The Grateful Dead, mimosas at brunch, anything Ann Reinking, flowy skirts, and the Rockettes!
